Who runs this: [business name and contact details to be added before launch].
What we keep: the parent's name and verified email address; a household username; PINs (stored scrambled, never readable); each child's nickname, grade, subjects and marks; the courses you shortlist; and a record of when you agreed to this notice.
What we do not keep: your child's surname, date of birth, ID number or school.
Why: only to run the app: to log you in, send one-time codes, and compare your child's marks with course requirements.
Sharing: we never sell or share this information. It is stored on a server in South Africa.
How long: a profile is deleted two years after registration, or sooner if you ask. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time; we answer within 30 days.
Consent: you confirm you are the child's parent or legal guardian. You can withdraw consent by asking us to delete the profile.
Feedback: if you use the Feedback tab, we keep your ticks and comments with your household username, so we can follow up. We only use your email to reply if you tick that we may contact you. Only the service owner reads feedback, and it is deleted with your family's data.
